Who he is and how he came to be

Hey there.

My name's Billy. I brew the beer I drink, and have been doing so since around September 2005.

This blog is for my own records more than anything else, to keep track of recipes, beers, results, experiments, whathaveyou.

I started homebrewing because I acquired a taste for quality beers but am also something of a cheap bastard frugally minded person. My approach to brewing is also somewhat simplistic, because I am lazy. Why sweat when you can drink?
